This artist’s gallery contains over 200 works, all of which seem to be focused on the same universe, set of characters, and story, following a central protagonist. Not a single image has any description or title, and any such information that the images once had was removed by the artist some time ago. The artist themselves has no name.

Their story is to be experienced in one way, and that is purely through their images. With no significant words to follow, search engines can do nothing, making this artist and their work virtually unsearchable. One of the motivating reasons I started AnimeClay was to share this artist.

This was an art project for school, the assignment being to do a piece on some social injustice. As a person who has been, is, and likely will be depressed in the future, I feel a strong shame when the topic of depression is brought up in a social setting, as if my struggle is some kind of a disease. The way depression is talked about is, for some reason, separate from the way physical injuries are discussed. My pain and injury is no less than that of someone with physical evidence that there is something wrong, which is absolute bullcrap.

Anyway, I hope you like the comic. /end of rant.

Holy shit Hannah.

If it’s raining, you will most likely find French photographer and artist on tumblr, Manuel Plantin outside. Of Strasbourg France, he has a talent for transforming reflections into photographs that resemble paintings. Coincidentally, he isn’t a fan of the rain, but it suits his hobby well and provides him with the environment necessary to create amazing art. That being said, if it’s raining expect to see Manuel outside with his camera in tow.
